24-Jan-2021 The need for people to cook at home has produced a bumper year for cookery books that has not been seen for years.

The Cookery Book January newsletter has continued the trend with new titles from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Lennox Hastie, Harold McGee ,Christina Tosi and more that were stuck on ships at Christmas.

One thing that is certain this year is the need for new cookery books to satisfy a seemingly endless demand.

We anticipate Always Add Lemon by Danielle Alvarez, Australian Food by Bill Granger and In Praise of Veg among others will be back in stock in a few days after a complete sell out last year.

The wholesale and online business will operate as usual as we shift to new retail premises in February.
