Once contact has been made our team will then email you with additioanl details and you will then be able to place your orders either by phone, email or online by registering on our website. All stock is firm sale (non-returnable and no consignment stock). There is a minimum order requirement and payments are to be made by direct deposit with remittance advice to be sent by email.

Any books that are ‘out of stock’ (either in transit to our supplier or ourselves, reprinting or not yet published) when ordering will automatically be backordered and delivered when they arrive at our facility. ‘Out of stock’ situations occur due to high demand and/or reprinting by the Publisher. Books which are declared out of print (no longer able to be sourced) will not be recorded or supplied.

Ordering titles in advance using our monthly e-newsletters gives priority to your order so order early to avoid delays and disappointment. Express deliveries can also be arranged – extra charges apply to the customer.

Shortages, damages, misbound or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 24 hours.
